Get support and keep going
Workspace Office Hours are open support sessions where you can ask questions about using the Health Story Lab workspace, organizing information, or figuring out what to do next.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. You can come with a specific question, listen quietly, or simply use the space to reconnect with the system.
Office Hours are designed to be practical, flexible, and low-pressure. The goal is to help people continue working with their health story over time without feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
What Office Hours are for
Ask workspace questions
Get help understanding modules, navigation, linking entries, or how different parts of the system fit together.
Organize your information
Talk through where something belongs, how to structure an entry, or how to break large experiences into smaller pieces.
Get unstuck
If you stopped using the workspace, feel overwhelmed, or are unsure what to do next, Office Hours can help you restart.
Learn from other questions
You can participate actively or simply listen while others ask questions about the system and workflow.
What Office Hours are not
Office Hours focus on using the Health Story Lab system and organizing information inside the workspace.
They are not:
- therapy,
- crisis support,
- medical advice,
- diagnosis,
- or individualized interpretation of symptoms.
What participation looks like
- You can join quietly and listen
- You do not need to share personal details
- Questions can be broad or practical
- Sessions are conversational and flexible
- Different people may be at different stages of using the workspace
