How to engage in this space
The Health Story LabTM is built for respectful, non-diagnostic engagement with complex health experiences. This space exists so people can describe what they notice, recognize patterns over time, and communicate their personal experiences and observations more clearly without pressure to explain or conclude. The data does not need to be polished or conclusive. What matters is that they stay grounded in observation and aligned with purpose.

How to engage with others
Speak from experience
Share what you’ve noticed, not what others should conclude. Support clarity, not correction.
Accepting complexity
Not every pattern has a clear meaning. Uncertainty is welcomed here.
Stay respectful
No harassment, discriminatory content, shaming, coercion, or dismissive behaviour
Engagement should be respectful, non-prescriptive, and grounded in care. Health Story Lab reserves the right to determine when conduct is inconsistent with the purpose and safety of the space.
