Use this page to access current Health Story Circle schedules, join live sessions, and find guided materials, discussion spaces, and support connected to the Health Story Lab framework.
You can attend live when you have capacity, use guided materials when you prefer to move at your own pace, or participate quietly through reading and reflection.

Live sessions are scheduled in short series. On each date, the session types below run at their listed times.

Prototype Setup Session
A guided walkthrough for copying the template, setting up your profile, and getting oriented.
5 pm PT / 8 pm ET
Health Story Mapping Labs
Health Story Mapping Labs use guided case examples to help you practice noticing patterns, organizing experiences over time, and identifying details that may be easy to overlook in complex health stories.
6 pm PT / 9 pm ET

Workspace Office Hours
Bring questions about using the workspace, organizing entries, or getting unstuck.
4 pm PT / 7 pm ET
Room opens 5–10 minutes early when possible.
This gives people time to settle in, check audio, and arrive without rushing. The formal session begins at the scheduled time.

Join a Mapping Lab
If you have started using the workspace and want to learn how to map more of the picture, join a Mapping Lab.
Come to Office Hours
If you have a question about the workspace, where something belongs, or how to keep going, come to Office Hours.

Before you participate
Health Story Circles are educational and workspace-focused. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment guidance, therapy, crisis support, or an open health support group.
Participation is flexible
- Camera use is optional.
- Speaking is optional.
- You can use chat instead of speaking.
- You are not expected to share personal details.
Privacy and recordings
- Live sessions are not distributed publicly.
- Sessions may be reviewed internally to improve HSL.
- Please avoid sharing identifying details.
- Please follow the community guidelines.
Review the privacy policy, terms and boundaries, and community guidelines before participating.
Health Story Lab grows through participation.
